Overview
The role of General Counsel continues to evolve. Complex issues that demand expertise of the law and highly developed people skills are commonplace in the expanding responsibilities of a General Counsel to his/her corporation, board of directors and employees. Now, more than ever, a forum where solid advice and expert opinions can be rendered in a relaxed atmosphere is needed. The Texas General Counsel Forum seeks to provide that venue.
